Welcome to The Well!
We look forward to meeting you! Workouts at The Well develop a strong body and mind. The classes are high intensity + highly effective + highly modifiable to meet you where you're at.
Classes are offered in 45 minute (WELL 45) and 60 minute (WELL 60) formats. View class times on the schedule.
How should I prepare for my first class?
⟁ Pre-Register to reserve your spot.
⟁ Bring a change of shoes. Street shoes are not allowed on the studio floor.
⟁ Bring water. A water fountain is also available.
⟁ Bring a hand towel. Workouts tend to get a little sweaty!
⟁ Bring your yoga mat. We have mats for you to use as well!
⟁ Plan to arrive 15 minutes early.
⟁ Don't be nervous. We are inclusive and so excited to meet you!
