Class registrations must book in advance. Registrations close 30 minutes prior to class. Single class enrollment is available.

Our classes are designed to support you and push you in your personal wellness journey. The warm-up and cool-down include foundational yoga movements, while the core of the class gets your heart rate up incorporating bursts of cardio, core strengthening, and weight training using both your body weight and light free weights. Come expecting a great workout, leave feeling ready to conquer whatever awaits. Classes are accessible regardless of your fitness level. Our coaches are welcoming and excited to guide you!
