Who We are Looking For
We are looking to connect with future Coaches who either already have Coaching experience or have a background in athletics, group fitness, kinesiology, or other modalities of movement. It is essential that Coach applicants have a passion for the mission of The Well - to empower our community to step up and lean in to a life of wellness by means of high intensity strength and cardio training. You must be energetic, uplifting, willing to learn, and an equal contributor to an amazing team.
